1. Registration of Personal Data

When you purchase your first product from rozeavenue.com, you are registered as a user of the website. We collect the following personal data: name, address, phone number, and email.

Personal data is collected to ensure product delivery and allow you to track your purchases.

Your data is stored by the company owner White Avenue Group A/S and kept for five years, after which it is deleted.
Whenever we collect personal data, we ensure that we obtain your explicit consent, so you are fully informed about what data is collected and why.

2. Order Confirmation

After placing an order on rozeavenue.com, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email listing the products you have ordered. We recommend saving or printing this email.

Additionally, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from the chosen delivery provider once your order is dispatched.


3. Pricing

  • All prices are, including VAT.
  • Prices are updated continuously.
  • Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.

4. Payment

Payment for ordered products can be made using the following credit/debit cards:

  • Dankort/VISA-Dankort, Mastercard, Maestro, VISA Electron.

Your payment will only be charged once the order has been shipped.


5. Shipping

Orders are delivered within 2-4 business days.


6. Damages During Shipping & Delivery

If your product is damaged upon arrival, or you discover hidden damage when opening the package, please contact us at info@rozeavenue.com within two business days.

To document the issue, please:

  • Take photos of the product and packaging.
  • Keep all packaging as evidence in case of shipping-related damage.

We will respond within two business days and aim to resolve damage-related claims within 14 days.
Do not use the product until a resolution has been agreed upon.


7. Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your product, in accordance with the Danish Consumer Act.

To withdraw your purchase, you must notify us within 14 days via email: info@rozeavenue.com.

Conditions for Returns:

  • The item must not have been used.
  • You must return the item within five days after notifying us of the withdrawal.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • The product must be securely packaged, and you bear the risk until we receive the return.

Include a copy of the order confirmation.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process a refund to the same payment method used for the purchase.

8. Complaints & Warranty

Your purchase is covered by the Danish Sales of Goods Act, meaning you have a two-year warranty. Depending on the situation, you may be eligible for:

  • A replacement product
  • A refund
  • A price reduction

To file a complaint, you must notify us as soon as possible and within two months after discovering the defect.

To submit a complaint:

  • Include a description of the issue
  • Provide your invoice or order number

We will respond within seven business days.

When Does the Warranty Not Apply?

The warranty is void if:

  • The defect was not reported within two years.
  • The defect was caused by incorrect use or mishandling of the product.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

Any dispute between the parties shall be settled in Danish courts under Danish law.
