1. Registration of your personal data

When you buy your first product from rozeavenue.com, you will be registered as a user of the site. We register the following personal data: Name, address, telephone number and email.

Personal data is registered for the purpose of being able to deliver the product to you and later give you the possibility of following your purchases at rozeavenue.com
The personal data is registered with the owner of the business White Avenue Group A/S and is kept for five years, after which the data is deleted.
 When personal data is collected through our website, we ensure that it is always done through your provision of your express consent so that you are informed about precisely which information is collected and why.

The managing director and the data protection officer of rozeavenue.com have access to the information that is registered about you.

We do not store customer information in encrypted form.
We do not transmit customer information in encrypted form.

Your data will not be disclosed to a third party, and you are always entitled to object to the registration, and you have the right of access to all information which we have registered about you. On subscription to the newsletter, we register your email address and your name. However, with exceptions, certain selected information will be shared with chosen parcel distributors in case of parcels (name, address, email and telephone number).

2. Confirmation of the order

When you have placed an order with rozeavenue.com, our system will automatically send you an order confirmation from which it is specified which products you have ordered. We recommend that you keep or print the email. In addition to the first receipt, later you will also receive a delivery confirmation from the chosen parcel distributor.

3. Prices

All prices are in euros (EUR). Questions about this can be sent to customerservice@rozeavenue.com for further information.

All our prices are current prices and are updated regularly.

The prices for delivery appear from the last steps of payment.

4. Payment

Payment for ordered products can be made online by means of the following payment cards. Dankort/VISA-Dankort, Mastercard, Maestro, VISA Electron.

Your payment will be withdrawn when the order is being shipped.

5. Shipping

Your order will be delivered within 2-4 business days.

6. Damage on shipment and delivery

If you discover that the product is not in order on receipt, or if you discover hidden damage to the product on opening (where there have been no visible signs on the packaging), please contact us at customerservice@rozeavenue.com as soon as possible within two business days.

To document the extent of the damage, please assist us with taking pictures of both the product and the packaging. Likewise, all packaging should be kept as documentation that there was damage incurred in transit or hidden damage.

When we have received your communication, we contact you within two business days to agree on the further course. We endeavour to process your order regarding damage within 14 days. In case of damage, the product may not be put to use until we have made a decision on how to solve the complaint.

7. Right of cancellation

When you have received your product, you have a 14-day right of cancellation according to the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The right of cancellation period expires 14 days after the date on which you received your product.
Therefore, you must inform us within 14 days of receipt that you want to cancel your purchase by contacting us at the following email customerservice@rozeavenue.com
The right of cancellation can only be exercised if the product has not been used.

Return of cancelled product

You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than five days after you have informed us that you want to cancel your purchase. You are responsible for the direct costs in connection with the return of the product. In case of return, you are responsible that the product is packed safely, and you bear the risk for the product until it has been returned to us.

Repayment

When we receive the product, we check it, and then you will receive the payment that you have paid to us when you purchased the product. The amount is always returned to the same payment card that you used in the purchase.

8. Complaint

Your purchase is covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, which means that you have a two-year right to complain. It means that you can either have replaced a defective product, have your money returned or a price deduction, depending on the situation.
If you want to file a complaint, you must inform us thereof as soon as possible and within two months after the defect was detected.

If you want to complain about a product, please contact us at customerservice@rozeavenue.com. Please state a description of the defect as well as the invoice and/or order number for the purchase of the product that the complaint concerns. When we have received your complaint, we will contact you as soon as possible within seven business days.

When does the right of complaint lapse?

The right of complaint lapses if a complaint has not been exercised in due time within the stated two years, or if it can be proved that the defect/damage has occurred as a result of erroneous use of the product or other tortious conduct.

9. Choice of law and disputes

Any dispute between the parties is settled by the Danish courts of law, using Danish substantive law.
