Have you received my order?
Shortly after your purchase we will send you an order confirmation from which it is specified which products you have ordered.

When will I receive my order?
Your order will be delivered within 2-4 business days.
The products I received are damaged – what do I do?
If you discover that the product is not in order on receipt, or if you discover hidden damage to the product on opening (where there have been no visible signs on the packaging), please contact us at customerservice@rozeavenue.com as soon as possible within two business days.

Can I choose to return the products?
Yes, you have the right to return your received products within 14 days after the date on which you received your products.
